At Chaosxstudios, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. Each item is made or packed with care, and due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or general dissatisfaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at chaosxxstudios@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll review the case and provide a solution if applicable.
